Foster the communication between all the staffs and also better communication between staffs, especially new ones like LRs.

How can we use an LR+ staff chat?
Sorry for the late reply, Wick. Personally, I think creating a LR+ staff chat can let LRs communicate with MR+ better. For example, if you need to request assistance for dealing with certain rule-breakers, typing it in the staff chat is better than requesting one at community chat, since the purpose of staff chat is for staffs to communicate with one another, no?
But of course, often times there are MR+ who is active in the community chat, however, having a separate staff chat for all staffs would be better at keeping these kind of staff-related stuffs. I’m not sure if MR+ has any staff chats or not, I don’t see the disadvantage of adding LRs into it as they are staffs as well, it’s certainly better if there is a staff-only chat to talk about hotel stuffs.
If it is not possible, having a hotel assistance channel would be applicable too. It is a channel mainly for requesting MR+ assistance whenever necessary. In that way, all assistance requests can be kept in one place instead of just appearing suddenly at the community chat. Feel free to send more of your opinions!
