It seems as though, everyone are confused in how to claim their staff points.
To answer all those confusions in regards in claiming their free staff points, please make a FAQ regarding this; and list the following steps, including the most common asked questions when they are in the process to claim them.
Aside from having an another faq within this forum, I feel that it is necessary that we have a faq button in-game, which includes ALL the questions and answers, coming from the forum so those who do not have Discord, can simply look up to those FAQs with just a single button at the island or within all premises under Nova.
