Do something to have more Trainnes join trainings

I would like to address the recent decline in attendance during Nova trainings. Over the past few sessions, there has been a noticeable decrease in the number of trainees participating. As someone who has hosted over 10 training sessions since assuming the role of Assistant Manager, I have observed that the highest number of trainees I’ve had is only four.

I believe it’s crucial to take proactive steps to address this issue. Here are some suggestions for consideration:

  1. Reinstate the Awaiting Training rank and require Guests to pass a training session as part of their application process.

  2. Implement periodic waves of reforms, possibly every two months, including LRs, to ensure staff engagement. Consider setting a minimum monthly activity requirement (60 minutes) for LRs, which could help clear inactive members and potentially increase the number of trainees per session.
    This activity requirement is really low and it only happens every two months (as mentioned) so please don’t complain.

  3. Consider the implementation of training boards on the Nova Island, visible exclusively to staff members, to enhance communication and awareness of upcoming training opportunities.

  4. Consider granting High Ranks+ the ability to use the M command to make announcements specifically related to training or interview schedules at the Nova Island.

Addressing these issues and implementing these suggestions could help revitalize attendance and engagement in Nova trainings.

Yes, you did! I think that is a great idea as today during a session (maybe it was last year) I saw 0 trainees attend. If we added more engagement, that would really encourage them.
