I have a lot of experience with having trollers in my servers! One thing that is annoying is that we cannot kick them! I have them rejoin the game and bypass the mute or private chat me. If the mutes aren’t going to be fixed, I believe they should just be removed!
If they bypass their mute, you can count it as another violation they can get a mute for. Eventually, you can indeed kick them when they reach three mutes.
