  2. Pass the Trainee interview at the Nova Interview Centre as a Hotel Guest

Junior Team Member

  1. Pass a training session at the Nova Training Centre as a Trainee

  2. Obtain 100 points on Nova Island

Team Member

  1. Pass a training session at the Nova Training Centre as a Junior Team Member

  2. Obtain 350 points on Nova Island

Senior Team Member

  1. Pass a training session at the Nova Training Centre as a Team Member
Medium Ranks (MR)

  1. Pass the Medium Rank application and follow up initiation and training as a Senior Team Member
