Maybe instead of you having to be an HR+ to be the rank “Trainer” in the training center, perhaps it could be lowered to a Shift Leader or Service Manager.
Well we have Shift Leaders on the list already, but for now, we don’t because we’re not in Certified Area Leader stuff. But normally, they can be a Trainer too.
