Have you recently purchased a point pack, and did not get the according rank in the group? Or do you have enough points for a promotion and did not get automatically promoted?
The bot handling the automated ranking will only rank you to the next admissible rank if you meet all of the criteria listed below:
- You have the minimum required amount of points
- Your current rank in the group is Trainee or above
- You are not currently suspended or have been previously terminated by the Staffing Department
- The rank you are requesting is considered as Medium Rank and below
If you meet all of the criteria to be automatically promoted, you should try obtaining a point through in-game methods, such as:
- Restocking towels and weights a couple times
- Checking a few people in
- Serving a couple people food
- Cleaning up a puddle
Upon earning a point in-game, the system should update and see that you have the required amount of point for a promotion, and then you should be automatically ranked. If that is not the case, please contact Jaminio Systems or make a ticket on our helpdesk.
Otherwise, if you do not meet all of the criteria listed above, please contact Jaminio Systems via Discord for further assistance or make a ticket on our helpdesk. Make sure to provide:
- Your Roblox username
- Your rank in the group
- Proof (Screenshot) of your in-game points (Note that we also manually review your in-game points, so any altered proof will result in a termination from your position at Nova Hotels)
