Making capes for every staff (LR/MR/HR/SHR) that says… Nova Hotel Ask For Help and at the down you put the rank so LR/MR/HR/SHR to have that cape you need two thing, the Donate gamepass and the ID of the image (thats how we can put custom image on the cape) and thats all! But if you deside to make them you need to make then 4 time for LR/MR/HR/SHR.
I’m sorry, but I didn’t get the point of your suggestion. 
The point is so that people know who is what rank. What if an LR walks up to another LR asking if they can kick a member or mute a member

That’s why we have overheads and chat tags. Though if they did walk up to another LR, they’d just be given a negative response (unless we’re talking about an LR with commands, of course).
But that’s not a problem, because 99% of the time they just go to the nearest person with trails, pets and a Rainbow Nametag. 
What if someone does not know if let us say “Service Manager” was an MR. Maybe they thought it ways an LR Rank. Or if they thought STM was SHR or HR.
Mentioning the chat tags yet again which:
- are not present if the person is a guest or Low Rank,
- have a pink coloured ‘MR’ tag if the person is a Middle Tank,
- have an orange coloured ‘HR’ tag if the person is a High Rank,
- have a cyan coloured ‘SHR’ tag if the person is a Senior High Rank.
Speaking of which, if guests think STMs are High Ranks, it’s not much of a problem because we train them to call Middle/High Ranks anyway.
