As we all know, trollers are a great problem within the island - even worse when there are no moderators/administrators on the server. Additionally, for HR+, admin abuse is a major problem. That’s why I’d like to suggest introducing an emergency response system, where people could call for assistance when needed. Mods and admins willing to assist others could then receive an Emergency Response reaction role and react to EMR pings and mod calls.

I agree. Since right now there isn’t really a designated channel for reporting these kind of stuffs, staffs have to direct message a certain higher ranked staff for assistance in dealing similar kinds of situations. Instead of just finding them through the current method, having the mod call channel and roles certainly help a lot. More staffs can know what is going on in the Nova Island and provide assistance whenever necessary. Good suggestion!
