Make jobs that only MR+ can do like housekeeping and let them actually get points for restocking. Also let there be a working room services phone for Beach Hut and Premium suites where they can call Housekeeping down to their rooms for help. Make it where they can send a request through the phone and it get sent to anybody on the housekeeping team to help out. Also make jobs for STM only too because they have better knowledge than JTM and trainees.

Middle Ranks are expected to supervise at the hotel, and deal with situations whilst Low Ranks are expected to work at the restaurant, serve guests and tidy the hotel.
The ‘Room Service’ feature is in the works, and will be available in the future.
In addition to ‘make jobs for STM only’ they are given a new overhead called ‘Senior’ for example: Senior Receptionist.
This suggestion is unlikely to be considered.
Just cuz they get a little senior added does not mean anything they need like their own special jobs like they and people above them get housekeeping and can get points from it
