Because some people that want to work with Nova Hotels just click on the Application centre and pass the application for free so they don’t answer the question. And they can come and trolling ! And they come just to earn robux ! What we can do is doing the interview more often.

Some people can’t get enough time to do more frequent trainings.
This can be a good idea, exist the interview center, but usually people only apply in the application center.
