Instead of seeing everytume in game about upcoming trainings. There can be a trello foe whoel week. Each day, A member can claim in advance a training session so people know well in advance.

Usually, the sessions are already booked in advance. If they aren’t, I don’t see how a Trello board is supposed to resolve that. Plus, you get notified 15 minutes early every time one is hosted, so you can decide if you want to join it.
