I don‘t know what y‘all thinking about, but I would find it better if just people who atleast attend one training can work here. There are always People who don‘t know how to work.
Hi there, the Nova Hotels X offers gamepasses for instant worker, at this time it would be highly unlikely to be considered as it would be unfair for them who have purchased it.
Yes, but I don‘t mean the gamepass. That‘s another thing. If someone purchase it, he can work.
With regards to your reply, we offer the experience of working at the hotel from applying, this is to give everyone a chance at working at a virtual hotel, as our game is based for all ages it wouldn’t be fair making trainings mandatory for others, as they might be <13 and are unsure of how to attend them/understand them.
@Kaitlyn
Hi Kaitlyn,
I understand the need for accessibility, especially for younger players, but I think a balance could be struck. What if we made the first rank free for everyone, allowing people to start working without any prior training? Then, to ensure quality, we could require a short 15-minute training session for promotions to higher ranks. This would give those who are interested in advancing a chance to learn the necessary skills, while still keeping things fair for all.
Additionally, we could make an exception for those who have purchased gamepasses, allowing them to bypass the training for promotion. This way, everyone has an equal opportunity to join, but there’s still a system in place to ensure workers are properly trained for more advanced roles.
Let me know your thoughts on this!
